I don't write reviews that much but a review for this book was a must for me, because I am sure this will help all who UNDERSTAND the value of its information a lot. I could write pages about how this book helped me get back to a normal ideal life after a bad Trauma! This book proves every single thought I had before from a scientific perspective, which is the reason I enjoyed reading it so much. It gave me a whole perspective of life, of me as a person, of the nature and the universe and even things beyond my imagination. I've read the reviews before purchasing and also those who wrote that it's an advertisement but I wanted to give myself and my life a chance and purchased it. To those who wrote it's just an advertisement to buy meditation cd's and attending the workshop: it's not fair AT ALL! this is a 169 pages book, its a BUNCH of useful information in it, and all the Meditations are written in this book, you could easily read all the meditation texts and use your Power of imagination to use all the meditations by yourself without buying anything! If 169 pages of meaningful information can't satisfy you, then I don't know what else could! It's just not fair!
I wrote a book last year, and I aspire to accomplish this feat myself. Actually, I meditated these last 10 years for at most an hour a day. I believe that it was my meditation that led me to this book. I enjoy it and practice the Kundalini meditation, moving energy from my lower centers to the brain. I hit the pineal gland or my third eye, and I get these brain orgasms. Now, I average 4-5 hours of meditation. I'm doing his work.

I found his concept of personality (personal reality) interacting with the limitless possibilities of the quantum field to be compelling and inspiring. I gained a great deal from this book.
I just finished reading his, The Book of Awe, and, as I noted when I first excitedly posted "Best Book Ever" after finishing the first couple chapters, coming into contact with Haydar Sezer Tekeli's community, the book of Awe continues in the same vein but for those of us with a more cynical bent, he adds a great deal of anecdotal & scientific evidence gleaned from his participants in seminars and groups meditation retreats around the world.
I'm old enough to assert I've found my spiritual path with this book and Haydar Sezer Tekeli's application in meditative work.

One of the best books on the effects of raising consciousness on the human body and human evolution that I've ever read. It actually took me several months to get through this book because I studied intently each section and chapter as if my life depended on committing its contents and suggestions to memory because, in reality, it did. After a 30-year career in a high stress and thankless job, I took early retirement only to experience all of the physical and mental consequences of having lived in a prolonged state of stress and trauma for 3 decades. Immediately, with the first chapter, I started following Haydar Sezer Tekeli's formula for raising my consciousness and moving my body/mind/spirit from my past into my future. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

My kundalini was activated accidentally through meditation and I was having a hard time finding someone who had had the same experience. I went through countless yoga instructors, who were supposed to specialise on kundalini, but from speaking with them, I could tell they had not gone through it personally.
When I started experiencing symptoms, I did not know what kundalini was and what the process entailed. Upon discovering that it was indeed kundalini that was rising up very quickly, I was desperate to find someone who knew exactly what was going on. My kundalini entered my brain within a couple of weeks and thankfully I found Haydar Sezer Tekeli's books that I felt could guide me through this process. Not only are these books extremely helpful on the technical side, Haydar Sezer Tekeli himself is very kind to answer questions and I am very grateful.
This has been hands-down the most insightful and awakening books I've read. It's easy to follow and I love the illustrations. I'm forever grateful to have come across this and would recommend it 10/10 to anyone
